When people talk about DJI, the first thing that comes to their minds is the fortune that their drones cost. The second thing is, of course, the pure quality of their drones and all those shiny features that they possess. While both of these statements are completely true, people still don’t shy away from DJi’s drones, most likely because they want the very best from their newest toy. With this in mind, let’s take a closer look at DJI’s newest flagship model, the famous Phantom 4. In the following paragraph, we are going to see is it really the best drone currently available on the market, and does it really have the best flight time on the market.

Beastlike specifications

As was the case with all previous models in the Phantom line of drones, the Phantom 4 provides you with amazingly brutal specifications. With a maximum flight time of up to 25 minutes, it shares the best times with similar devices such as Autel Robotics X-Star Premium and Yuneec Typhoon Q500. In other words, it is not having THE BEST flight time on the market, but instead shares its place with a couple more drones whose price tags are not so far away from its own. When it comes to the maximum range, the things are a bit different. The Phantom 4 has, by far, the best control range currently available on the market. It can reach more than 5 kilometers without any lag problems which is absolutely amazing for such a piece of tech gadgetry. Despite this, DJI is about to release a brand new drone that is going to bypass Phantom 4’s specifications by a zit. The DJI Mavic is coming out on the market on 1st of December and is not only going to be packed with an awfully huge number of sensors and systems, but is going to have the best specifications on the entire market. To be more precie, DJI’s new flagship is going to be able to fly up to 7 kilometers away from its transmitter which is around 2 kilometers more than Phantom 4. In addition to this, it is also going to achieve a bit better flight time. The DJI Mavic can fly up to 27 minutes while our dear Phantom 4 can “only” go for around 25.
